Depending on your taste may be the level of engagement you are looking for in this area. You will have to register with Yahoo clubs to enter.

The company also provides the facilitation and training services that ensure that the software actually works. They claim the results are that people can make decisions, solve problems, learn, and innovate faster and more easily than they ever have before.

Participate Systems Changed their name in 2001 from Participate.com to Participate Systems in an effort to focus on natural language search software they acquired and become a software company. There is no longer an emphasis on forum discussions.
